The IWPCA is sponsoring a Water Quality Academy with EPA to train City
Staff, Plant Managers, Regulators and Consultants on how Water Quality
standards are determined and how a NPDES permit is developed. The
academy is a 2.5 day course in Muscatine at the Stanley Foundation
Conference Center July 28th-30th and is FREE. Go to
