| The IWPCA Reporter is the
official publication of the Iowa Water Pollution Control Association,
216 Sycamore Street, Suite 103, Muscatine, IA 52761-3838, and is
published quarterly for distribution to members, individual and
associate members, legislative delegations, water and wastewater related
agencies, other industry associations and other friends. The
association is a non profit corporation in the state of Iowa
dedicated to improvement of water quality in the state of Iowa.
Editorials and opinions are not necessarily official positions of the
Association of its officers. Circulation is 800.
