The IWPCA is sponsoring a Water Quality Academy with EPA to train City
Staff, Plant Managers, Regulators and Consultants on how Water Quality
standards are determined and how a NPDES permit is developed. The
academy is a 2.5 day course in Muscatine at the Stanley Foundation
Conference Center July 28th-30th and is FREE. Go to

Registration for the 91st Annual IWPCA Conference is now available
online. The conference is June 10-12, 2009, with a golf outing and
Fun Ride Benefit on June 9, 2009. CORRECTION - The Collection
